Towbar for Mercedes X-Class
The 2-hole trailer hitch from GDW is suitable for your Mercedes-Benz X-Class.
This trailer hitch is characterized by a trailer load of up to 3500 kg and a vertical load of 195 kg. The manufacturer GDW specifies a D value of 16 kN.
When installing the trailer hitch, the bumper does not have to be processed.
The use of different ball plates, a jaw coupling and a changing system is possible thanks to the standardized hole size of 83x56mm in the hitch bracket.
To make the trailer hitch weatherproof and prevent rust, it was dip coated.
The measuring range of the parking sensors can be disrupted if the 2-hole trailer hitch is recognized as an obstruction when reversing. The car manufacturer's information and guidelines in the owner's manual for your car must be taken into account if you want to attach a towbar.
