The Jeep Gladiator was introduced in 1962 as a pickup truck based on the Jeep SJ Wagoneer. Introduced in 2019 with the suffix JT based on the Jeep Wrangler, it is a rugged and versatile vehicle that combines the functionality of a pickup truck with legendary Jeep off-road performance. The Gladiator is based on a body similar to the Jeep Wrangler with the characteristic front end and distinctive grille. However, the Gladiator is longer than the Wrangler and has a cargo bed in the rear, making it a versatile utility vehicle. The Jeep Gladiator is available in a variety of trim levels, ranging from base trim to luxurious Rubicon trim. In terms of performance, the Jeep Gladiator is capable of hauling heavy loads and offers impressive off-road capability. The Gladiator is equipped with a 3.6-liter V6 engine that delivers 285 hp.
