When it comes to rescue equipment, play it safe with the Campboss 4x4 NMP pulley.
If possible, you should upgrade your winch to heavy-duty synthetic rope. This decision offers many advantages and increases safety for the operator, employees and spectators. ORP4X4 recommends removing a piece of steel from your recovery gear and replacing it with synthetic rope. This also applies to classic Omega or D shackles. If you opt for a plastic winch rope, the classic pulley, also known as a folding block, becomes superfluous. This reel is relatively heavy, has wear parts and tends to tilt and jam when dirty.
With the so-called NMP deflection pulleys - "No Moving Parts" - there is no longer any rolling movement. It is a rope guide ring that slides easily under high loads thanks to low friction.

We import our heavy-duty pulleys from Australia from the manufacturer Campboss 4X4. They are manufactured to the highest standards from premium 6063 billet aluminum T6 hard-anodized.
This Easy Glide reel is suitable for ropes with a diameter of 10-14 mm. It has a breaking load of 10 t and weighs only 45 grams. The design deliberately dispenses with an inner core. The so-called donut design helps to support the rope and minimize flattening of the fibers under load. The large radius of the "pulley" is particularly advantageous in the off-road area, since dirt and foreign objects cannot easily impair the cable guide.
The Campboss 4x4 NMP pulley in orange is attached with a 10 mm strong soft shackle, which has a breaking strength of up to 14 t.
