Retractable and extendable hop-up rear step

The hop-up rear step is perfectly adapted to the vehicle shape and height of the Ford Ranger double cab and extra cab (series T6 / T7 / T8 from year 2012+ also facelift 2019). It enables easy and safe climbing onto the loading area.
Can be operated with one foot. Driving in and out is possible with the tailgate open or closed.
It is attached without drilling on the right side.
The load capacity is up to 150 kg.
Manufactured in OEM quality for Ford Ranger 2AB series.
Suitable for double cab and extra cab variant Limited and Wildtrak.
Note: not suitable for models L and XL and Ranger-Raptor with continuous rear trailer hitch / square bumper (see image 5)

The addition of a step does not constitute the expiry of the operating permit according to § 19.2 StVZO and therefore does not require acceptance/registration according to § 21 StVZO. In addition, according to EC regulation 661/2009, steps at the rear of the vehicle may not be taken into account when measuring the vehicle length.
