RSI EVO Sport stainless steel hardtop for the VW Amarok 2023
Attention: Load Box Reinforcement Brackets (J-Braces) must be installed in your vehicle in order to be able to mount the hardtops! If you have not already ordered these from your Ford dealer, the J-Braces are available separately from us! Otherwise the hard tops must not be mounted!
The RSI Smartcap Hardtops are manufactured in South Africa and have established themselves there due to their robust and indestructible nature. The hardtop is suitable for all VW Amarok double cab models from 2023.
They are not only perfect for the terrain, but also ideal for long safaris or camping trips. Thanks to the very high roof load of 350 kg static (vehicle standing) and 150 kg dynamic (moving), it is ideal for mounting a roof tent or a viewing platform.
Not only for travellers, but also for craftsmen and tradespeople, this hardtop proves to be a real all-rounder.
C-roof rails and a ventilation system are included in the standard equipment. The hardtop has two side flaps, a glazed tailgate and a window to the cabin, which has a sliding window.
Due to its intelligent design consisting of 5 parts (roof, side parts, front and rear part), the hardtop can be repaired quickly and inexpensively in the event of an accident or similar by replacing individual parts.

All RSI EVO hardtops are supplied as a kit and must be assembled before installation. The assembly takes about 2 hours.
Various tools and aids (e.g. superglue & silicone etc.) are required for this. We always recommend having the assembly and installation carried out by a specialist workshop.

Scope of delivery:

Attention: The manufacturer does not consider any accessories on and in the loading area during development! Also no original accessories such as lashing rails, style bars or loading area protection! This accessory must be dismantled before installing the hard top and can no longer be used. Since no pick-up loading area is 100% waterproof, this requirement is not taken into account by RSI in the design! This hard top consists of several elements, which can lead to water ingress at various connection points. The sliding windows and seals are also not designed for European weather and temperature conditions!
